Who is Jobloop?
Jobloop is a rapidly growing company driven by social entrepreneurs. We have an important mission: to reduce social exclusion by preventing school dropout, qualifying people, and connecting more individuals to work. To achieve this, we collaborate with public institutions, educational organizations, and the local business community. In 2024, we received the FERD Award 'Social Entrepreneur of the Year' for our work against school dropout.

In our alternative learning and mastery environments, we work every day to ensure that more students experience achievement, belonging, and meaningful days. We take a strengths-based approach and work closely with each student to help them explore and cultivate their interests. We always collaborate with the student’s school and the Educational and Psychological Counseling Service (PPT) to bridge the gap between our alternative learning environments and the classroom.

Employment-oriented programs
Our employment-focused programs ensure that people gain the right skills and are well prepared for working life. Many of our programs include internships, giving you as an employer a unique opportunity to take social responsibility and get to know talented candidates – completely without obligation. If you only recruit through traditional methods, you might miss out on many talented individuals.

Kodehode
Kodehode recruits candidates who, for various reasons, are outside the labor market and offers training in frontend, backend, and full-stack development, as well as IT operations and support. Through a combination of theory, casework, and practice, participants learn the essentials for a career in IT. Kodehode is Jobloop’s largest employment-oriented program and a leading player in inclusive recruitment within the IT industry. The initiative helps reduce social exclusion and close the skills gap through focused qualification, internships, recruitment, and matchmaking with employers in the IT sector.
