Supported work experience in creative digital fields
LearnWell works with students of upper secondary school age. The focus of LearnWell is to prepare young people for working life.
We therefore emphasize both vocational readiness and social skills, in addition to academic goals.
LearnWell is suited for students with interests and abilities within digital and creative fields.
We take a strength-based approach, using each student’s interests in these subjects as a bridge toward employment or further education.
We have experience working with a wide range of students — including both mainstream and adapted learners with diverse needs.
Who is Learnwell for?
LearnWell is designed for students with creative and digital interests who, for various reasons, benefit from an alternative learning arena alongside school.
LearnWell provides an environment focused on mastery, motivation, and empowerment.

Beate er kursleder for tilbudet. Hun er utdannet pedagog og har et stort engasjement for å hjelpe unge ut i arbeidslivet, både i ordinært- og varig tilrettelagt arbeid. Bacheloren skrev hun om mestring og myndiggjøring av unge i AAP som sliter med lettere psykiske vansker.
