Who is Digitale Talenter for?
Digitale Talenter is for young adults aged 18–30 who are registered with NAV in Troms and Finnmark.
We’re looking for candidates with an interest in creative technology or digital creative software — no prior experience required!

Duration
The program typically consists of 9 months of theoretical training followed by 3–9 months of work placement.
Format
Participants receive online instruction and engaging assignments to complete. We offer close follow-up, guidance, and individualized learning plans to support each participant’s progress.

We provide close follow-up throughout the entire program, offering guidance and individual learning plans.
After several months of theoretical training, we help participants find relevant work placements — with the goal that these opportunities will lead to permanent employment.
Throughout the program, participants are supported by the course leader, mentors, and local supervisors.
